Careers

Speech Therapist

  • Empowering kids, children, people with speech and language problems to speak more clearly.
  • Speech-Language Pathology – SLPs work with the full range of human communication and swallowing disorders in individuals.
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Hiring Fresher’s & experienced both for the position Speech Therapist / Speech and Language Pathology
  • Perform evaluation and administer treatment for speech-language disorders for special children with one or multiple disorder like Cerebral Palsy (CP), Mental Retardation (MR), Autism, Learning disabilities etc.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Primary work would be conducting one-on-one speech therapy sessions for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Delayed Speech and Delayed Milestones.
  • To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child-centered environment. Keep abreast of current trends and developments in speech disorder.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.
  • Conduct reinforcement assessment, vocabulary list, VB MAPP assessment for every kid for 1st five days of the session.
  • Each therapist should prepare vocabulary flashcards in the box and maintain each kid's flash cards in separate ziplock pocket ( mention kid name on the pocket).
  • Make a 3-month lesson plan and 1-month lesson plan during the 1st week of sessions.

Work Structure

Timings are from 9:30am - 7:00pm.
Each Therapy session would be for 45 minutes.
(Nine) 9 sessions per day.

Special Educator

  • Improving quality-of-life through effective communication.
  • Hiring Fresher’s & experienced both for the position Special Educator (Learning Disabilities).

Roles & Responsibility

  • Plan, organize and assign activities that are specific to each kids abilities. Teach and mentor kids one-on-one.|
  • Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress and develop Individualized educational programs (IEPs) specific to each kid’s needs.
  • Discuss student’s progress with parents, counselors, and administrators.
  • Supervise and mentor, teacher, assistants, who work with students with disabilities.
  • Work with those who have autism spectrum disorders and emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids.
  • To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child centered environment.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.
  • Special Education - Learning Disabilities

Occupational therapist

  • Increased confidence, self-awareness and participation.
  • Hiring Fresher’s & experienced both for the position of Occupational Therapist
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: An occupational therapist helps in improving the sitting tolerance of the child. Activates are given to improve the eye coordination and concentration of the child. The gross motor, fine motor and sensory integration actives are thought to the child in a play way method. The eye-hand coordination of the child is improved with various activities. Balancing and muscle strengthening exercises are given for the children who are in need.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Help kids with various needs, improve their cognitive, physical, sensory, and motor skills and enhance their self-esteem and sense of accomplishment.
  • Work with kids who have sensory and attention issues to improve focus and social skills.
  • Evaluate kid skills for playing, school performance, and daily activities and compare them with what is developmentally appropriate for that age group.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Primary work would be conducting 1:1 therapy sessions for kids.
  • To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child centered environment.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.
  • Provide therapy to autism/pervasive developmental disorders, developmental delays, traumatic amputations, birth injuries or birth defects, mental health or behavioral problems, cerebral palsy, and other chronic illnesses.
  • Help kids with severe developmental delays learn basic tasks such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth and feeding themselves.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Behavior Modification (Psychologist)

  • Hiring Fresher’s & experienced both for the position Psychologist-Preferably Clinical or Rehabilitation.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Implementing (Applied Behavior Analysis) ABA to teach a child diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Provided ongoing training to families on the implementation of behavioral strategies and principles of ABA and other various modalities.
  • Develop goals in communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, caregiver training, play, and recreational skills with the assistance of the Program Manager.
  • Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with caregivers throughout.
  • Facilitate clinical team meeting to review consumer progress on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of kids.
  • Implement and provide therapy sessions to kids utilizing behavior analytic principles.
  • Kids exhibit more aggressive behaviors, so it’s important that you’re comfortable working with all types.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Primary work would be conducting one -on- one therapy sessions for kids.
  • To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child-centered environment.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.
